Najwa\u017cniejszym aspektem tego podej\u015bcia jest to, \u017ce materia\u0142y, tre\u015bci i forma prezentacji nie s\u0105 narzucane z zewn\u0105trz, lecz opracowywane przez samych uczestnik\u00f3w. Umo\u017cliwia to im wykorzystanie w\u0142asnej wyobra\u017ani i kreatywno\u015bci, przy jednoczesnym rozwijaniu \u015brodk\u00f3w artystycznego wyrazu i umiej\u0119tno\u015bci praktycznych.<\/p>\n

W naszym procesie facylitatorzy artystyczni najpierw przedstawiali uczestnikom r\u00f3\u017cne techniki performatywne (ruchowe, wokalne, sensoryczne, wsp\u00f3\u0142czesne metody cyrkowe, performance itd.), zapewniaj\u0105c im pul\u0119 \u015brodk\u00f3w, z kt\u00f3rej mogli czerpa\u0107. Nast\u0119pnie uczestnikom dawano przestrze\u0144 i zach\u0119cano ich do wymy\u015blania w\u0142asnych koncepcji dotycz\u0105cych sposob\u00f3w prezentacji temat\u00f3w migracji i kryzysu klimatycznego. Na koniec m\u0142odzi ludzie opracowali wyst\u0119py (performance) przy wsparciu facylitator\u00f3w artystycznych.<\/p>\n

W naszym projekcie stosowali\u015bmy te metody w r\u00f3\u017cnym stopniu w reakcji na dynamicznie zmieniaj\u0105cy si\u0119 charakter procesu tw\u00f3rczego.<\/p>\n

Zapraszali\u015bmy m\u0142odych ludzi do wsp\u00f3\u0142tworzenia programu, anga\u017cowania si\u0119 w uczenie si\u0119 od r\u00f3wie\u015bnik\u00f3w i z r\u00f3wie\u015bnikami oraz brania udzia\u0142u w wymianie kulturowej.<\/p>\n

Rezultat by\u0142 bardziej autentyczny i rzeczywi\u015bcie odzwierciedla\u0142 g\u0142osy, pomys\u0142y, postulaty i energi\u0119 m\u0142odych uczestnik\u00f3w.<\/p>\n

Wymaga\u0142o to zachowania delikatnej r\u00f3wnowagi \u2013 mi\u0119dzy inicjatywami m\u0142odych, ich zamiarami i mo\u017cliwo\u015bciami z jednej strony a celami projektu z drugiej. W niekt\u00f3rych obszarach te dwie strony pi\u0119knie si\u0119 ze sob\u0105 \u0142\u0105czy\u0142y, dzi\u0119ki czemu m\u0142odzi ludzie mieli poczucie sprawczo\u015bci, kiedy widzieli namacalne rezultaty swojej pracy. Stosunkowo du\u017ca grupa wi\u0105za\u0142a si\u0119 tak\u017ce z r\u00f3\u017cnorodno\u015bci\u0105 pomys\u0142\u00f3w, opinii i oczekiwa\u0144, co wymaga\u0142o uwa\u017cnej facylitacji (prowadzenia, moderacji) i elastyczno\u015bci.<\/p>\n
